This 102 page visual epic is meticulously designed, with each spread tailored to reflect the emotional and narrative weight of its writing and illustrations. Rendered entirely in black and white, the book uses its limited palette not just for aesthetic cohesion, but to amplify the moral ambiguity of its characters and the stark choices they face. The illustration style draws from the intricate beauty of classical Indian sculpture and temple tapestries as these art forms are rooted in mythology and storytelling. These influences breathe a sense of timelessness into the visuals, reinforcing the mythic tone. As the narrative spirals toward its conclusion, the design itself becomes part of the storytelling, echoing the book’s core meditation on cycles.
