The Catalogue
This 87 page catalogue takes readers on a journey through the global history and cultural significance of tattooing. It explores the diverse meanings tattoos have held: from rites of passage in Indigenous communities to contemporary artistic expression. Designed for both newcomers and seasoned enthusiasts, the book offers a deeper understanding of the enduring appeal and cultural resonance of tattoos, revealing how each inked body becomes a living canvas of human heritage. Organized by region, each chapter delves into local timelines, tools, techniques, and stylistic traditions. The catalogue was entirely researched, written, and designed by me.

Posters and Banners
The posters and banners are used to promote the exhibition and are derived from the contents of the catalogue and the exhibit. The posters are designed in several different formats to accommodate different sizing and locations, whereas the banners are specifically sized to drape from the facade of the University of Michigan Museum of Art.
Brochure
The brochure is a printed souvenir to be given out while entering the exhibit. It helps to introduce the exhibition and opens up into a collectible poster. The information acts as a table of contents as it lists each region that is part of the exhibit. The illustrations come from a tattoo flash sheet designed by me in 2023.
